Using i-beams can achieve this type of build with your modest budget since i-beams can lower labor time and cost since you no longer have to go through the intricacies of building concrete columns with all its intricate metal works and form works. The interior finishes especially the kitchen, bathroom, and bed cabinetries are also modestly budgeted, but using good color contrasts black and gold gives it a casino hotel type of finish, well achieved by employing a veteran master painter and very experienced and highly skilled carpenters, masons, and painters….
