Hi Jun,
We can process your building permit FREE of duty charge after your blueprint is completed.
The complete designing and blueprinting will require a deposit of p50k payable in 4 installments: a. p15k during layouting and perspectives preparation (architectural); b. p15k during preparation of structural, electrical, and plumbing plans; c. p15k during blueprinting and preparation of costing analysis and building specs; d. final p5k during signing and sealing and preparation of building permit forms.
The p50k will be fully refunded during start of construction.

To come up with costing, we first need to design your house then complete your blueprints as your costing is based on your design blueprints.
You will need the design blueprints for the building permit processing and or construction funding loan.
We have affordable complete house designing and blueprinting that can be fully refunded back to you if you proceed with the construction.
