Be sure to seek for assistance from the barangay to secure a permit to cut a tree and also get from them a list of accredited / licensed tree cutters.

Magadang araw po,

Mag tatanong lang po sana ako sa isang puno nag akasya na kaylangan ko pong ipa putol, malayo po ito sa daan.

Meron napong nag survey kahapon March 12 2026, nag apply po kami almost 2months napo at ngayon lang na survey..

Sabi po sa amin kaylangan po namin palitan ang halaman at yung ipapalit po daw namin na halaman ay may halagang 3,500 pesos.

Hindi lamang po yan, sabi po sa amin ay dapat ang taong puputol doon sa halaman ay may lisensya dapat ang kanyang gamit na chain saw.

Tanong ko po sana: “Ganito ho ba talaga ang proseso sa pagputol nang halaman na nasa bakuran nyo at malayo naan sa daan?”

Go the DENR/PENRO/CENRO office that has jurisdiction on the timberland.

They will give you the checklist featured in this article.

Visit the nearest DENR where the lot you plan to use belongs to. They will give you a checklist.
