Good day! There’s a property in liloan that I want to check if how much will it cost to renovate/expand the house in a reasonable budget. I saw some of your projects particularly in camotes costing 1.5-2million (donaire, dayaday, baring & tata cecil residences). There is an existing house but it does need a work so i want a professional inputs. Do you think you will be available to check the property for a site survey when we check the listing so we will know the condition of the house and how much will it cost as well.

Tamani is total 275sqm including roofdeck at p4.118M standard costing.

We also do value engineering.

It would have costed p3.89M for the value engineering.

I saw one of your project – The Tamani Residence in Alcoy. I like the 2 storey house design. I would like to request if it is possible to know the floor area of this house and the estimated cost to built?

I have a lot in south of Cebu, Boljjon in particular. More or less i would like to build similar house – Tanami Residence in Alcoy.

If you start designing with us within February 1-15, 2018 we offer FREE Designing and Blueprinting for your building permit processing.

We have 3 levels of construction costing, if you’re looking for affordable yet quality output:
a. Value – Standard materials to match a tight budget. May need to adjust your design specification just to make the construction possible. Finished output will still certainly pass government inspections.
b. Standard – Follows the current industry market pricing for your design.
c. Elegant – Building your design with an eye for above industry-standard materials.

Our FREE designing and blueprinting also comes with costing analysis, which we can only do once your design is finished. You will get to approve the design and the layout of each section.

The FREE designing does require a deposit of p50k (p45k if started within Feb 1-15) which you can pay in 3 installments – p15k(during start of architectural), p25k(during start of electrical, plumbing, and structural designs), p5k(during blueprinting and costing analysis). The full amount is charged to the construction cost.
