the absence of a lot number is very indicative of the very nature of a tax declaration. Especially for timberlands, you will notice that there is not much details mentioned in the tax declaration only the tax declaration number and the specified size of the lot is in the document because a tax declaration is a self defining document which means you declare that you owe the government such and such amount of tax because you claim stewardship of such land. There is not much details in there because the government is only interested in how much you owe them in taxes. You will be assigned a lot number once you can title such land, which you cannot in the case of timberlands.

We can compute the construction cost after the design is completed.

We don’t include the cost for semi furnished or furnished builds. We only build the structure complete with tiles, ceilings, plumbing, electrical works, paintings, and average quality electrical and water fixtures which you can easily upgrade later on, and no cabinetry and furniture. Those items are best computed after the construction is completed.
